Returns & Refund Policy
At Eazy Dresses, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return in accordance with the policy below.
Store Credit Only
Please note that all approved returns are refunded via store credit only.
Store credit will be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected. The credit will be valid for 6 months from the date it is issued and can be used towards any future purchase on our store.
Return Timeframe
You must notify us of your intention to return an item within 14 days of your parcel being delivered.
Requests made after this period may not be accepted.
To initiate a return, please visit the Contact Us page on our website. Once your request is received, we will send you an email with the return address and further instructions.
Condition of Returned Items
Items must be returned in their original condition and must:
• Not be used
• Not be worn
• Not be washed
• Be returned in the original packaging
• Have the original tags still attached
Items returned without original tags will not be accepted.
Once we receive your return, the item will be inspected.
If there is any evidence that the item has been used, worn, or washed, the return will be rejected and no refund or store credit will be issued.
Evidence may include, but is not limited to:
• Body odour
• Perfume or fragrance smells
• Deodorant marks
• Makeup stains
• Rips or tears
• Signs of washing
• General signs of wear
Items that appear to have been worn for an event, photoshoot, or special occasion will not be accepted for return.
Shipping Costs
If you paid for shipping when placing your order, the original shipping fee is non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for paying the cost of returning items back to us.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Right to Refuse Returns
Eazy Dresses reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
